Regarding reservation changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your bus reservation through My Page. However, the deadline for each process varies. Please note that a cancellation fee will apply depending on the date of the procedure.

Change of reservation details
The following items can be changed in your reservation:
○ Decrease in the number of passengers *An increase in the number of passengers is not allowed.
○ Boarding and drop-off points *Changes are only possible within the same fare zone.
You can make changes to any of these items up until 5 minutes before your departure.
After making changes, click the [Confirm Changes] button to proceed to the next confirmation page. Please review the details again, and if everything is correct, click the [Change to This Information] button.
A confirmation email for your updated reservation will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it.
Reservation Cancellation
Click the [Cancel] button at the bottom of the My Page to proceed to the confirmation screen.
After reviewing the details, if you wish to cancel, click the [Cancel] button.
Once the process is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it.
Important notes about cancellation:
● Once canceled, the reservation cannot be reinstated. Please make sure to carefully review the details before proceeding.
● The deadline for canceling via My Page varies depending on the reserved service. Please check My Page or the reservation confirmation email for details. After the deadline, please contact us by phone during business hours, or call the emergency contact before departure.
Regarding Refunds
If there is a balance due after deducting the cancellation fee from the amount already paid, the refund will generally be processed to the credit card company you used.
