Reservation Process

① Search

Use the search form on the top page to specify your desired date and time, route, and number of people.

Available routes that match your desired conditions will be displayed.
Click the "Reserve" button for the route that matches your schedule, fare, and other preferences.

② Select boarding and alighting locations, and the number of passengers

The features of the route, detailed meeting and drop-off locations, cancellation fee policy, and important notes will be displayed.

In the boarding and alighting location search, please select your actual boarding and drop-off locations.
▼▼
In the fare category selection field, please specify your desired fare category and the number of passengers.
※ All fare categories will be displayed, but the available categories vary depending on the route.

For routes with a "Confirm Number" button, click the "Confirm Number" button and proceed with seat selection.
For routes where seat preferences are available, please select either "Window seat" or "Aisle seat."
If seat selection or seat preference is not available at this time, it means that seat selection or seat preference is not possible for this route.

Click "Next"

③ Enter Passenger Information & Select Payment Method

After filling in the required information, please scroll down to proceed.

Select payment method

≪When Selecting Credit Card Payment≫
If there are no issues, click the "Enter Card Information" button.
Enter your card number, proceed to the next step, and click the "Confirm Reservation" button.

≪When Selecting PayPay Payment≫
If there are no issues, click the "Pay with PayPay" button.


When selecting Pay Later (Paidy)

After entering your email address and mobile phone number, enter the verification code sent via SMS to confirm your reservation.

When selecting Convenience Store Payment
If there are no issues, click the "Confirm Reservation" button.

④ Reservation Complete

Once the reservation completion screen is displayed, the process is finished!
A confirmation email titled [Reservation Confirmation Notice] will be sent to the registered email address.
The reservation number is required for confirming, modifying, or canceling your reservation. Please make sure to keep it.

If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please try the following.

・Check on My Page to ensure that your registered email address is correct ⇒ Update it on My Page if necessary.
・Check if your registered email address is set to block spam ⇒ Change your settings to allow emails from info@kosokubus.com."
